OCEAN OF ZERO: ‘THE WAKE’-TAPE 2010-AUSTRALIAN-3 TRACKS:
From these times when SLAUGHTER LORD ruled and CORPSE MOLESTATION was born that I’m not into the AUSSIE scene and no one band has surprised me but now I’m very glad to know that they’re strike back again with new good bands of different tendencies but in this case I must to talk about a new band called OCEAN OF ZERO…they’re playing a satanic Death metal very into the NUNSLAUGHTER vein even MORBID ANGEL in the mid tempo, with strongly work in the guitar solo’s that reminds me to the old TREY AZAGTOTH…not even for the evilness is more well by the build of the compositions, in the form that it is include the guitar solo’s… the music is only depravity death metal in the most pure essence , its very influenced by the old 80’s glories such as INCUBUS, MORBID ANGEL and I above mentioned NUNSLAUGHTER…they ‘re adding some own touches like spoken parts very used in the AUSSIE bands, but the music is going to a journey into the past where the true death metal ruled…is a good work that all death metallers are strongly urged to get it!!!!.................................................................................................................................7.8/10
